Clive Webb

Dive Supervisor/Dive Boat Captain/Dive Instructor

Clive worked as a Dive Instructor in Malta for 3 years before moving to Grand Cayman & Red Sail Sports in 1998. Since then he has made Cayman his home and worked through the ranks from Dive Instructor – to boat Captain – to the Boss! Even though he has been in the dive industry for over 25 years Clive still loves to get wet!

Alex Henk

Dive Boat Captain/Dive Instructor

Having spent his childhood living in Sri Lanka, attending boarding school in Ireland, and then working as a Dive Instructor in Thailand, Alex has a very variable accent depending on who he’s talking to. He’s been a part of the Red Sail Team since 2017.

Miquel Andres Ponce -Miki

Dive Boat Captain/Dive Instructor

Miki loves the ocean, good people, and new adventures. Diving is his passion, so he’ll always share a dive and a laugh with you.

Ivana Lûcić

Dive Instructor

An energetic and smiley individual. Although she tends to be quite clumsy and break the odd glass or two, she managed to solo travel 40 different countries simply living out of a backpack. From owning a duckling, to snowboarding lava mountains, to living on a cargo ship and sailboats, anything is possible in her life journey.

She also happens to be an Occupational Therapist.

Miriam Navaces Garcia

Dive Instructor

Miriam loves travelling to different countries and has an extensive list. She loves learning new things and is a pretty good language teacher herself!

Azim Mulla

Open Water Scuba Instructor

Az is our most energetic and genuine instructor. You’ll always find him smiling, but he may just be thinking of his next meal. The man LOVES food from all over the world. He has honed his underwater photography on the east coast of Africa. Az has much of his work featured across our social media and website.

Pablo Dominguez

Master Scuba Diver Trainer

Pablo may have his head in the sand, but we promise it’s just his love of all things Macro. He’s an avid underwater photographer and motorbike rider. We’re pretty sure he’s ridden every road on the island.

Damian Acosta

Dive Instructor

Damian loves nature and adventure, always seeking new and exciting experiences. He dreams of traveling the world and immersing himself in different cultures. Easy-going, open-minded, and passionate, Damian embraces life with enthusiasm.
